Policy

We send test kits Australia-wide, to addresses in Australia. We do not send kits outside Australia.

Standard shipping is added at checkout, where you see the rate before you pay. It is not included in a test's price or in the cart subtotal.

Every kit includes a pre-paid return satchel (one per kit) for sending your sample to the laboratory.

Kits are sent by Australia Post. If your kit has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post and replace or refund it.

Turnaround is counted in business days from when the laboratory receives your sample, not from when you order. Your results are sent to you.
