The Microbiome Clinic offers nine at-home microbiome tests posted across Australia, processed at NutriPATH Integrative Pathology — a NATA-accredited Australian laboratory established in 2011 — and reviewed by Dr Paul Froomes, gastroenterologist and founder of The Microbiome Clinic.

Our test suite covers the four microbiome systems most often implicated in chronic symptoms: gut (Standard, Complete and Max tiers across 108–190+ biomarkers), small intestine (3-hour SIBO breath test), vaginal (35+ biomarkers including BV, candida, and STI screening), and oral (22+ biomarkers covering gum-disease pathogens and oral systemic markers). Paediatric panels are available for ages 0–3 (Baby Biome) and 3–17 (Gut Microbiome Test for Kids), and a Comprehensive Gut Health Bundle pairs the standard gut test with the SIBO breath test for $670.

Every order ships with a NutriPATH collection kit, step-by-step instructions, and a pre-paid Australia Post return satchel. Turnaround times range from 5–17 business days depending on the test methodology (qPCR, ELISA, GC-MS, or shotgun metagenomic sequencing).
