Longevity starts with Gut Health — Specifically, your microbiome.

Are you interest in the following?
Anti-Aging starts in the gut.
The Problem.
Anti-aging isn’t about creams or IV drips 💉. The real mistakes are ignoring the microbiome 🌱 sleep 🛌 stress 😔 and hormones ⚖️
The result? Energy fades 🔋 and wrinkles deepen - making you look and feel crap!
Your microbiome is the control centre of aging. When beneficial bacteria decline, harmful microbes and inflammation take over. This imbalance (called dysbiosis) accelerates aging from the inside out — duller skin, lower energy, weaker immunity, and greater risk of chronic disease.
Grounded in Evidence, Backed by Research.
Research shows age-related illness can be influenced by the gut and oral microbiomes.
We take a different approach to aging.

Australian Microbiome Expert
Dr. Paul Froomes — Gastroenterologist and Microbiome Expert.

Dr. Paul Froomes
BMedSci, MBBS, FRACP, MD
Dr. Froomes is a gastroenterologist with over 30 years of experience helping patients with complex gastrointestinal disorders. Trained at Monash University and the RACP, he has gone on to complete advanced training in endoscopy and oesophageal physiology, as well as a master’s degree in liver disease at the University of Melbourne.
Beyond his hospital work, Dr Froomes has dedicated his career to finding the root-causes of gut issues like IBS, reflux, and inflammatory bowel disease.
He co-founded The Microbiome Clinic™, a new age medical practice built to make his decades of learnings about the microbiome accessible to more patients and practitioners.
After seeing countless people struggle with conditions that didn’t improve under standard care, he recognised the need for a model that treats the root cause—imbalances in the microbiome—rather than just the symptoms.

How does the microbiome influence anti-aging?
The microbiome plays a central role in how we age because it influences inflammation and communication across multiple “gut–X” axes. In the gut, a balanced microbiome produces short-chain fatty acids that reduce chronic low-grade inflammation — often called inflammaging — which underlies arthritis, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic decline.
Through the gut–skin axis, microbial health affects collagen integrity, hydration, and wrinkle formation, while the gut–brain axis links gut bacteria to mood, cognition, and resilience against age-related decline. The oral microbiome also plays a critical role: dysbiosis and periodontal disease can release inflammatory molecules and misfolded proteins that travel systemically, contributing to the development of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
By maintaining harmony in both the gut and oral microbiomes, we can protect against premature aging, support youthful skin, preserve energy and mood, and reduce the risks of chronic and neurodegenerative diseases.
